For AI, we use OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Python, and custom fine-tuning pipelines. For BI, we use Power BI, Tableau, and Metabase. We also work with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and AWS/GCP for backend infrastructure.

Starter packages include 2 rounds of revisions. Growth Pack projects include unlimited revisions during the development phase. We present work in stages — wireframes, design, development — so you can provide feedback early and often. We don't believe in surprise deliverables.

Yes. For projects over $5,000, we typically split payments into three milestones: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project review, and 30% upon completion. For larger projects, we can discuss a custom payment schedule. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.
